Active in both Germany and Tanzania, we aim to build bridges between these two countries to address two significant challenges in Tanzania: youth unemployment and inadequate parenting. By working closely with Tanzanian academic institutions, we raise awareness among students and educators about the impact of these challenges on individuals and communities. We also offer training sessions and seminars on related topics, while our website provides resources that highlight these issues and suggest practical solutions.
In Germany, we strive to foster understanding and advocate for stronger global cooperation between key stakeholders in Tanzania and Germany. We believe that tackling these challenges through an intercultural and global lens is more effective, promotes economic stability by reducing economically motivated south-to-north migration, and exemplifies true international development cooperation.
