- Volunteering Program in Mwanza
CCSN collaborates with various non-governmental organizations in Mwanza to establish a volunteer program for both Tanzanian and international youth.
This program enables Tanzanian youth to volunteer in diverse professional fields, gain orientation and hands-on experience, and connect with various employment or educational opportunities.
Currently, CCSN is partnering with the following institutions to implement the volunteer program both within and beyond these organizations in Mwanza:

2. Economic Empowerment for Youths
CCSN supports young Tanzanians who need to implement their business ideas but lack resources or professional support for implementation.
In a world grappling with the challenge of unemployment, young people must be the driving force for change. Recognizing this, the Consultation Center for Societal Nurturing (CCSN) has initiated this initiative to help young people like you turn your business dreams into reality.
Our goal is to provide a lasting solution to the problem of unemployment by empowering individuals and ensuring that entire communities benefit. We believe that a young person with the opportunity to become self-employed can spark development, not only for themselves but also for those around them.

• Professional guidance and insights to help you manage your business successfully.
• Opportunities to grow your business network and learn from other successful young entrepreneurs.
